 Once I set JAVA_HOME env, it clears up the NPE error. So everything looks
 good with building with stretch openjdK, up through firefox project.

 firefox project (although tor-android-service and tor-onion-proxy-library
 built fine). I'll collect some more logs on the NPE and then I'll try out
 the buster version next.
