 This is planned to happen such that we only use a single port in any
 midnight to midnight period, so likely will be done by stopping OnionPerf
 before midnight and then resuming it the following day.

 Port 443 is already freed up on op-ab by moving the webserver to port
 8443, and CollecTor is already configured to use the new webserver port.

 Additionally, this change should be recorded in the
 [[doc/MetricsTimeline]].
