Hi Yuzumi, hi list. Bug reports should get reported on
https://trac.torproject.org/

This is a read-only notification list for reports made through that
bug tracker. In comparing this list with tor-commits@ seems this was
misconfigured. I fixed the bug and all member posts will now get
moderated. Sorry about that!
