 Hello Team,

 Following up. I just tried resetting the phone.

 Steps:
 Trusted the Orbot VPN on startup.
 Attempted to open Tor Browser for Android (Alpha) but exact same problem
 as above.

 Therefore having Orfox open was not the problem.
