 The resource-timing, user-timing and user-timing-worker tests are fixed by
 commits 7b409c6c50cca31dac68566c78a3781363848b98,
 83c24c2a7331cfd1aa65afbb14c90cf3724460ad and
 dcb4bf865a7ad9fdeb2662938b2d7aa5f0e3d489.

 I checked that changing the corresponding prefs is making the tests fail.

 The performance-observer test is not yet fixed.
