 For the record, I ran into this bug yesterday/today with one of the Debian
 dist onion services. I have some debug logs from the client-side showing
 it picked the same intro point for every request. I haven't looked at the
 logs too much beside this, though. I'll save the logs in case they are
 useful later. After I sent the process a NEWNYM signal (thanks asn), the
 descriptor was re-fetched and a connection was successfully established.
