New description:

 there is a bit of a confusion between the content at:

 * https://tb-manual.torproject.org/circumvention/
 * https://tb-manual.torproject.org/transports/
 * https://tb-manual.torproject.org/bridges/

 * There is some content that is duplicated (how to connect to bridges) and
 is also maybe duplicated in the support portal.
   We should have only one canonical address for such an important
 resource, and forward all other addresses there.
 * there is also some repeating concepts and in general a bit of a mess,
 like if every page wanted to explain all the aspects of the problem
 instead of linking to the other pages. Maybe we don't need so many pages?
   please merge and restructure them in a way they become a linear
 discourse, and don't duplicate content.
