 Even if I select "No proxy" in the prefs, and disable the TorLauncher and
 TorButton extensions and restart, TorBrowser 8.0.6 always tries to connect
 to a proxy.

 This prevents TorBrowser from being used as regular Firefox occasionally,
 if a savvy user wanted to.
