 Note, this one is going away soon. However, I'll leave the ticket open to
 track the need for proxy support in Tor Browser for Android beyond that.
 Currently our new UI (developed in #28329) does not offer that option.
 (Even though I still don't understand if you really need a proxy or
 whether just bridges would work for you as well)
