Comment:

 I have checked a set of OnionPerf results from 2018 against the archived
 consensuses. For a total of 21 321 circuits created by OnionPerf January
 2018, 23 (0.1%) first hop relays did not have the Guard flag set in either
 the fresh consensus at the time or the previous one. The conclusion is
 OnionPerf paths reflect user paths.

 The script I wrote for this will soon appear on https://github.com/ana-
 cc/OPValidator pending some cleanup.
