Comment:

 chgrp is OK. My deployment scripts don't actually sudo to a role account
 for deploying on the staging site, so a role account wouldn't be used if
 it were created.

 It is probably a good idea to not have it owned by torwww though to
 minimize the privs of that role account. It could even be owned by root or
 nobody? I'll leave this up to your best judgement.
