Comment:

 Taking a look at this now. The API is very similar to what we're using and
 the code has been actively maintained this whole time.

 Although the API isn't a direct match, it looks like relatively little
 work to get it hooked up to what we have. I'm going to work on getting it
 building first, and then take a look at the code.

 If this works, it will be '''a lot''' easier to build and maintain.
