Comment:

 I merged the patch into master in [https://gitweb.torproject.org
 /pluggable-
 transports/snowflake.git/commit/?id=11efa42e4cc056b6d65bd7889ac2919fbb6d48c3
 11efa42], deployed the new binary on the broker, and updated the runit
 script so it uses Let's Encrypt again.
