 We had a discussion about this at the meeting last week. I think the
 decision was to remove this code since it doesn't work as intended anyway.

 There was also a discussion just now in #tor about this that brought up
 several points:
 - I'm not sure whether Tor Browser is built with webRTC support (see
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/25483#comment:49). I just
 tried adding the addon to Tor Browser and got the message

 Snowflake is off

 WebRTC feature is not detected.
 }}}
  even though `media.peerconnection.enabled` is set to `true` in
 about:config

 - People seem to be concerned about the safety issues with running WebRTC
 in Tor Browser. Do we have a good understanding of this?
