 We want to have a gitweb repository to hold our training materials.

 We would like to have this available in gitlab also. I have already
 created the project:
 https://dip.torproject.org/torproject/community/training but I realised we
 probably need the repo created in gitweb first...

 We probably need at least gus, emma, antonela and myself to have write
 access to this repo.
