 I've been emailing with Sarah about this issue and we're pretty worried
 about the impact these outages have on newsletter subscriptions when it's
 down because we don't have a good way to recover those. Also there's a
 cost to entering all the missed donations manually. So I think trying
 IPSEC might be worth it.
