#31117: On connect (app start), Tor Browser (Android) produces "Warning:
Unresponsive script" dialog on home screen.

 Steps:
 - On Kitkat
 - Open Tor Browser
 - Click "Connect" to the Tor network (after a successful connection the
 Tor Browser opens automatically)

At this moment a popup dialog appears. I'm going to try and repeat this
verbatim, the heading of the pop-up reads "Warning: Unresponsive script".
The body of the dialog says:

"A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You
can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will
 complete.

 Script: moz-extension://5c52665b-1b57-...53/background-
 scripts/rules.js:323

 END

The usual "Stop script" and "Continue" buttons.

While the dialogue is on the screen the Tor home screen/page can be seen
in the background. It is basically appears that a page produced by the Tor
team has some kind of error.

All versions of Tor Browser for Android that I've updated to have been
presenting this dialog. I did not report it because I assumed that someone
else would, but it seems that has not eventuated. I cannot remember if the
first version (that worked on Kitkat) had this problem but definitely
 every other version has.
