 Hi wagon. tor-prompt does not have a configuration file so no, this does
 not apply to it. Nor do I plan to add a mechanism for the reason mentioned
 above (ie, non-interactive authentication should be done via cookies).

 I added this to Nyx because it is intended for a general audience. tor-
 prompt by contrast is a narrowly focused tool for developers and power
 users who can be educated in tor's authentication options.
