Comment:

 Branch in my bridgedb-admin.git repo: `ticket29273`

 It is not entirely completed. I documented the deployment/running part of
 BridgeDB within this branch. Over time, many things probably will be added
 but for now it gives a good picture of the current *complicated*
 situation.
