Comment:

 What I'm forgetting here is that data templates in Hugo actually only work
 for themes and not content. We'd have to make a whole type of post to
 implement this in this way. Perhaps this is not worth it.

 I will add the latest additions and then close the ticket for now, if it
 becomes a problem in the future we can revisit.
