Comment:

Okay, some more information: removing the 9.0.2 on my phone and installing
a new version again gives me a NoScript 11.0.9. However, after what seems
to be trying to update to NoScript 11.0.10 (the latest as of filing this
ticket) fails and results in a "NoScript (0)" in the options menu (where
"0" should be replaced by the actual version number of the installed
NoScript). It seems the NoScript update fails (while it succeeds for me on
Linux as I have a NoScript 11.0.10) there.

After restarting my mobile Tor Browser I can see a NoScript 11.0.9 again.
I am not sure whether that accounts for my 11.0.4, though, as the
extension updates should be a different thing than a Tor Browser update.
But maybe it does. Either way, not being able to update NoScript versions
anymore is pretty concerning, so raising prio.
