New description:

 Hi lovely trac admins. I migrated to GitHub for
 [https://github.com/torproject/stem/issues/ Stem] and
 [https://github.com/torproject/nyx/issues/ Nyx's] issue tracking. All Stem
 and Nyx tickets within trac are now closed.

 Could we please remove Stem and Nyx from the Component drop down so new
 tickets are not created?
