 Okay, tom says we should delete it. (Also CCing tom's actual username).

 Dear sysadmins, we believe there isn't a need for the tb-crashes role now.
 Can you confirm this is true (nothing else is relying on that role)?
 Please deleted it if it's not being used anywhere else.
