 i think what sysrq be meant to say also here is that it's weird that
 typing "nc.torproject.net" in a web browser redirects to merlebleu, which
 also has a certificate error.

 maybe it would be better if http://nc.torproject.net would redirect to
 https://nc.torproject.net instead?
