 Ticket #32674 has changed the "Get Involved" link on about:tor to the new
 community portal.

 In order to be compatible with a future localized version of the community
 portal, the links have been localized for the different Tor Browser
 Language versions.

 Since the community portal is not yet localized, we should add redirects
 from ​"https://community.torproject.org/<language code>" to
 "https://community.torproject.org/" in order for this to work correctly
 once the next Tor Browser is released on 7th January
