Comment:

 We have since added new default bridges at Karlstad University (#31164),
 Georgetown University (#32606), and soon at the University of Minnesota
 (#32547). In another ticket (#31523), we aim to recruit new default bridge
 operators from the set of long-established bridges. I'm closing this
 ticket because we're now doing much better on this front.
