 I didn't know this until just now, but RFC 5389
 [https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5389#section-7.2.2 specifies STUN over TCP
 and/or TLS]. So I suppose it would be possible to tunnel over domain-
 fronted HTTP or something similar.
