Comment:

 I think we can close this ticket. The availability of default bridges
 should be a responsibility of the anti-censorship team and we've developed
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/org/teams/AntiCensorshipTeam/InfrastructureMonitoring
 a good grasp] of this task. In the past, whenever a default bridge stopped
 working, we've pushed patches to get it removed. See the keyword "tbb-
 bridges" for examples.
