 build/commit/8904bff35ab4cce37ce5397b9eb98d2eefca2843 has a patch] for
 tor-browser-build.
 My fix/32659 branch [https://github.com/NullHypothesis/tor-android-
 service/commit/1a2f8b9d7e4d10b2057eee0e68d5aacc5d26f8ae has a patch] for
 tor-android-service.

 I also removed the IPv6 address from our
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/TorBrowser/DefaultBridges?sfp_email=&sfph_mail=&action=diff&version=39&old_version=38&sfp_email=&sfph_mail=
 list of default bridges]. There was no need to update our sysmon.conf
 because sysmon doesn't speak IPv6.
