 Back then when me, sukhe and ilv were working on GetTor, the plan was to
 distribute Tor Browser through cloud storage platforms like Google Drive,
 Dropbox, etc. I don't remember the details exactly but IIRC we deployed
 Goolge Drive implementation. I don't know what the state of things are
 right now but perhaps that would be an option to look at?
