No, this is a short or medium term experiment. For full context, here's
the explanation mail I sent Gaba and Pili:

 {{{
 Hi Gaba, Pili!

Sorry / thanks in advance for signing you up for more organizing work. :)

I was brainstorming with Isa about getting me better at delegating things,
and one of my big challenges is that when I try to delegate things, now
I just created two things for me to do -- one to keep track of whether
the person does anything, and two to follow up after a while if/when
 they don't.

So we decided to try a first experiment, where I cc you two on my
delegation attempts. There are three ways you can help me:

 (A) For things where I picked a person, help me follow along with them to
see that they actually do it. If they're on a team you manage, you might
even help them figure out how to fit it in, or build a plan to do it,
or decide that they're the wrong person to do it and somebody else is
 more right, etc.

 (B) For things where I don't have a person in mind, help me guess whom
to try to hand it to.

 (C) After a while, look for trends in the sorts of things I'm trying
to find a person to handle, and make some recommendations about what we
should try for the second phase of the experiment.

Hope this makes sense, and please feel free to suggest improvements on
 the ideas.

 Thanks!
