Comment:

 This is fixed by commit db8c2706e81e596ec41b129b5d8754c1a37d3fc4. This is
 fixed by removing `chrome://torbutton/content/preferences.xul` (which does
 not exist anymore in torbutton), from the list of URLs to take screenshot
 of.
