 OK, I changed "extensions.torbutton.loglevel" to 0.

 But on "about:tor", I had again the message saying "something went
 wrong...."

 Here are the log which will not help you much I suppose :

 9/10/18, 19:15:28.169 [NOTICE] Bootstrapped 90%: Establishing a Tor
 circuit
 9/10/18, 19:15:30.245 [NOTICE] Tor has successfully opened a circuit.
 Looks like client functionality is working.
 9/10/18, 19:15:30.245 [NOTICE] Bootstrapped 100%: Done
 9/10/18, 19:15:54.812 [NOTICE] New control connection opened from
 127.0.0.1.
 9/10/18, 19:15:54.823 [NOTICE] New control connection opened from
 127.0.0.1.


 this was obtained after I started again tor with
 "extensions.torbutton.loglevel" to 0 and the problem occuring again in
 "about:tor"
