 Commit `66a9a7146edad1d2528c1ee0ef5ae7323f93a872` is adding the Win64
 builds to the page https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en.

 It still needs to be added to the https://www.torproject.org/download
 /download-easy.html.en and https://www-
 staging.torproject.org/download/download.html.en pages.
