 Right, all of the changes entries in commit bf33ddd seem to have gone
 missing.

 Noticed because of #27482, where I was like "it hasn't gone into any
 releases yet" because I grepped the ChangeLog file, but then I dug
 further.

 Seems like we should, for this case, retroactively fix the 0.3.4.6-rc
 changelog, and then reply to the tor-talk post saying what else was in
 that release.

 And also figure out what went wrong with whatever nickm did to generate
 commit bf33ddd. :)
