Comment:

 We disabled most permissions on most accounts, because someone was using
 the cypherpunks account to close tickets, and paste random text into
 tickets. We were also having issues with bots using the search function,
 and bringing down the server.

 I have given myloc_aug_2018 permissions to edit the wiki.
