 HEAD of go-webrtc is at `88f5d9180eae78a6162cccd78850ff416eb82483` in
 webrtc, which is around `branch-heads/64`
 https://github.com/keroserene/go-webrtc/blob/master/build.sh#L12
 which is what the HEAD of snowflake matches

 But in tor-browser-build it's still on
 `c279861207c5b15fc51069e96595782350e0ac12`, circa `branch-heads/58`

 which wants an older snowflake commit

 You need to line up your webrtc, go-webrtc, snowflake
