 Here's my patch from comment:42 rebased on top of tor-
 browser-60.3.0esr-8.5-1:

 (4833bfbd82ac4fb6b8836b326a84a11af8971044)

 I manually tested all "save as" functionalities and confirmed they were
 isolated to first party.
