 Working on #22182 the updated script reported several issues with
 currently listed mirrors. They should be removed if the listed issues
 can't be solved (by running the script with {{{--remove--failing}}}).

 https://www.torproject.org/docs/running-a-mirror.html.en

 Several mirrors do not provide the {{{/project/trace/www-
 master.torproject.org}}}  URL but above page does not explain how to do
 this so we need help by the mirror community or someone else how knows how
 this was done in the past.
