 Alternatively, the line added to connection.c at PR383 (which turns this
 connection.c's md5sum into 78fa6d6ac9acb8d324b0fc0826343c46 - please
 verify) can also keep tor up and running, even with the dual ORPort
 clause.

 I noticed that as this bug was closed PR383 was not merged.  Was that
 intentional?
