 Seems like there are two issues being reported here:

 1) The user interface changed to not display Tor circuit information (It
 was intentional, and I'll track down the ticket or at least the commit)

 2) "my pubic ip is my local ip" makes it sound like the VPN isn't working?
 @T014y88 how are you checking your "local ip"? Which browser or service
 are you using?
