Comment:

 I have added a `hs_get_extend_info_from_lspecs()` test. I am reusing the
 `ls` and mock configuration structs used to test
 `fascist_firewall_choose_address_ls()`.

 Sorry for the delay, I was really busy in the past two weeks.
