 dgoulet, thank you! Once it cannot be fixed in near future, should we
 temporarily resolve it by documenting this bug as a feature? For instance,
 in `man torrc` for `Sandbox` option we can say that it restricts what Tor
 can reply (to some commands) through its `ControlPort`.
