 Translated 'relay' with 'Relay' because in Tor context the literal
 translation 'Relais' may be misleading. Sometimes also just 'Server' is
 used instead (1074).

 Of the ~2000 terms not all are related to Tor and many are still
 untranslated. 2033-2035 are greek.
