 The multi-user bug reporting a/c "cypherpunks" listed on the wiki main
 page doesn't allow adding bugs anymore.
 It returned this error

 >Error: Forbidden
 >TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation on Ticket
 #None. >You don't have the required permissions.

 Please fix account permission or delete the reference to it on the wiki.
