 What? You are saying remote peers can do something (no matter what) which
 causes you to leak memory and eventually get OOM? I.e. basically Tor has a
 remote DoS vulnerability? And your solution for that is to kindly ask
 everyone to stop doing that (upgrade versions)? You can't be serious.
