 I fixed a couple small issues that were breaking distcheck, and [https
 ://travis-ci.org/isislovecruft/tor/builds/376555016 it's passing now]
 (minus the Cargo offline builds). The corresponding tor-rust-dependencies
 branch is `add/digest` [https://github.com/isislovecruft/tor-rust-
 dependencies/tree/add/digest here].
