 Libevent 2.0.21-stable, OpenSSL 1.0.2l, Zlib 1.2.8, Liblzma 5.1.0alpha,
 Libzstd 1.3.2, and PrivCount 3.0.0.`

 (The log line is slightly different because they are running a research
 version of Tor. That shouldn't matter for compression.)
