Comment:

 Discussing this with nickm on IRC. We'll move this to only the cache
 instead of using the `node_t` to store the timestamp.

 We'll also rename the "unknown cache" to something more meaningful like
 "node_addr_track_cache" or sth that tells us that we are actually
 tracking.
