 I'm concerned that this is some sort of attack.  I received my first
 "[warn] Tried to establish rendezvous on non-OR circuit with purpose
 Acting as rendevous (pending)" message on one of my high capacity exit
 only relays running Tor 0.3.2.10.  20 minutes later the node went offline
 according to metrics.torproject.org but continued to receive thousands of
 these messages consuming over 1.2TB of bandwidth.
